Admin Executive

Goal: Manage end-to-end order flow and ensure nothing gets missed.

Daily Tasks

• Track all new orders → send to packing.

• Coordinate courier pickups & update delivery sheet.

• Supervise sales team and QC.

Weekly Tasks

• Track undelivered / returned parcels.

• Stock count with Stock Manager.

• Sales summary report to Manager.

Monthly Tasks

• Courier cost analysis.

• Identify workflow improvements.

SOP

1. Sales → Order Sheet → Packing → Dispatch → Courier → Delivered.

2. Each stage updated in shared sheet (Google Sheet / Notion).

3. Keep WhatsApp groups:

• “Orders Flow”

• “Courier Updates”

• “Production & Stock”
