Admin - Data Analytics

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, particularly with Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables, as well as a solid foundation in accounting or audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including advanced formulas and pivot tables, to track key metrics and performance indicators.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, audits, and reconciliations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and enhance reporting processes.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.

Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.

Understanding financial statements and accounting concepts and applying them to solve financial matters.

Mastery of complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and macros (VBA)

Proficiency in creating clear, insightful reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Skill in using data to solve complex business problems and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, audit, or a related area.

Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
