【~】✪ Maintain student records, attendance, and other administrative files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
【~】✪ Organize class schedules, meetings, and institute events while coordinating with faculty and staff.
【~】✪ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and managing office supplies.
【~】✪ Support fee collection, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking and financial documentation.

Who Do We Look For?
【~】✪ Diploma or part qualified in an IT degree or relevant field.
【~】✪ Freshers with GCE (A/L) three passes also would be considerable.
【~】✪ Having 6 months to 1 year experience will be a plus.
【~】✪ Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
【~】✪ Familiar with MS office package, especially in MS Excel.
【~】✪ Familiarity with LMS framework.
