We’re looking for an organised and reliable Admin Assistant to join our small real estate office in Ahangama.
About Us
Ahangama.co is a locally rooted real estate agency helping people buy, sell, and build property along Sri Lanka’s South Coast. We work with both local and international clients and focus on providing a transparent, trustworthy and friendly service.
Your Role
You’ll support the daily operations of our office, helping with:
- Coordinating property listings and client inquiries
- Managing phone calls, messages, and schedules
- Updating spreadsheets and online listings
- Basic document handling and record keeping
- General office tasks and errands
Requirements
- Good computer and communication skills (English essential)
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude
- Familiar with Google Drive / WhatsApp / Excel
Previous office experience is an advantage
Must be based near Ahangama or willing to travel daily.
Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
Salary: Based on experience
