Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Work from Home – Night Shift)
Location: Work from Home
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Salary: Starting Rs. 35,000 – 40,000 per month during probation
Will be increased after confirmation based on performance
ASN IT (PVT) LTD is a growing technology company based in Kandy, Sri Lanka, providing IT and business process services to international clients. We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant with experience in accounting and basic knowledge of tax-related work.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate daily financial records and ledgers
• Handle data entry, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing
• Assist in preparing tax schedules and returns
• Support monthly and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with internal teams on financial matters
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting standards
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role
• Currently following an accounting professional course (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, CA, etc.)
• Must have hands-on experience and strong knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong computer literacy
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home
• Willingness to work the night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
