Key Responsibilities

Financial Transactions:

Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.

Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Input financial data into accounting software and systems.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables.

Verify, process, and pay vendor invoices.

Payroll Support:

Assist in preparing payroll data and ensuring accurate employee payments.

Handle expense claims and reimbursements.

Reporting:

Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Provide support during audits and assist in preparing documentation.

Tax and Compliance:

Assist in filing VAT, GST, or other tax returns as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or SAP).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
