💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【】✪ Part qualification in AAT / CMA / ACCA or any equivalent accounting qualification.
【】✪ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity (experience in the retail or jewelry sector will be an advantage).
【】✪ Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
【】✪ Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
【】✪ Ability to handle day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.
【】✪ Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
【】✪ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
【】✪ Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimum supervision.
【~】✪ Integrity, confidentiality, and a professional attitude are essential.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【】✪ Record and update daily financial transactions in the system.
【】✪ Prepare and maintain petty cash records and vouchers.
【】✪ Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
【】✪ Handle supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and invoicing.
【】✪ Coordinate with the finance in-charge to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
【】✪ Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
【】✪ Support payroll preparation and statutory payment processes when required.
【】✪ Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to finance and accounting.
