The Role
Your main role will be to call and engage potential clients, promote apartment investments, and convince them to take the next step in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
* Call incoming leads and actively follow up to promote real estate investment opportunities.
* Explain key features, benefits, and value of selected apartment projects.
* Drive interest, create urgency, and convince clients to book meetings with our sales team.
* Update lead progress and feedback into our CRM system daily.
Requirements
* Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
* A confident, clear, and engaging phone manner.
* A natural talker who enjoys convincing people and loves a challenge.
* Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
