The Role
We’re looking for Customer Care Executives to handle inquiries, support clients, and provide a seamless service experience before and after property viewings.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
* Provide accurate property details and coordinate viewing appointments.
* Assist clients with documentation, clarifications, and follow-up communication.
* Maintain a high standard of service excellence and client satisfaction.
* Update CRM with accurate logs, notes, and communication history.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of customer care or support experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, patient, and service-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
