【~】✪ CRM management and structured follow-up skills.

【~】✪ High call productivity and meaningful contact ratios.

【~】✪ Performance-driven with a track record of meeting KPIs.

Nice to have:

【~】✪ Prior experience in fintech, payments, or telesales environments.

【~】✪ Proven track record of high call productivity, lead conversion, and meeting KPIs.

【~】✪ Experience coaching junior team members.

【~】✪ Familiarity with Mastercore onboarding workflows and merchant payment collection is a strong advantage.

【~】✪ Conduct structured follow-ups through calls and digital channels.

【~】✪ Convert leads into applications and successful deployments.

【~】✪ Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore.

【~】✪ Support documentation quality and approval success.

【~】✪ Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs.
