💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Must-Have:

3-5 years of proven sales experience with a strong field sales background

Advanced sales and negotiation skills

Proven track record of hitting activity, quality, and collections targets

Ability to coach and mentor junior sales staff

Self-motivated & target-driven mindset

Nice to Have:

Previous mentoring or coaching experience leading junior sales staff

Exposure to merchant onboarding platforms (Mastercore or similar)

Fintech/payments industry background

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Conduct daily merchant visits in assigned territories

Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively

Ensure accurate and timely application submission in Mastercore

Support merchant deployment and activation

Assist Team Leader in onboarding and mentoring junior team members

Acquire new merchants and drive product adoption

Collect merchant documents and complete onboarding requirements

Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments

Coach and support Sales Executives in field execution

Maintain strong activity, quality, and collections performance
