【~】✪ Minimum 10–12 years of experience in sales

【~】✪ At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role

【~】✪ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)

【~】✪ Proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets

【~】✪ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

【~】✪ Strategic thinking with ability to drive results in a competitive market

【~】✪ High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
