【~】✪ Minimum 2 years' experience in automobile sales or other customer-oriented industries such as real estate, finance, or investments.

【~】✪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.

【~】✪ Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.

【~】✪ Strong target orientation with a proven track record in sales achievements.

【~】✪ Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

【~】✪ Professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities through CRM systems.

【~】✪ Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery processes.

【~】✪ Provide customers with detailed product knowledge, including vehicle specifications, features, and after-sales services.

【~】✪ Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

【~】✪ Participate in showroom promotions, outdoor events, activations, exhibitions, and brand launches.
