💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Automotive Technology, or related field.

【~】✪ Minimum 3–5 years' experience in automotive service operations, dealer network management, after-sales, or service center operations.

【~】✪ Strong technical knowledge of vehicle service operations.

【~】✪ Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

【~】✪ Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills.

【~】✪ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.

【~】✪ Willingness to travel island-wide.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Manage assigned service providers and service dealers across Sri Lanka.

【~】✪ Conduct regular field visits and monitor operational readiness.

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and service guidelines.

【~】✪ Track service performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

【~】✪ Identify underperforming partners and implement improvement plans.

【~】✪ Support onboarding and setup of new service providers.

【~】✪ Coordinate with Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, Technical, and Operations teams.

【~】✪ Investigate customer complaints and support service recovery actions.

【~】✪ Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
