✅ Partner channel sales & relationship management

✅ Cross-team coordination (Back Office, Bank, Deployment)

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Must-Have:

Proven experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or partner channel sales within fintech, payments, or banking

Familiarity with Mastercore or similar onboarding platforms

Strong rapport with bank branch teams

Proven track record of hitting acquisition and collections KPIs

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

Self-motivated & target-driven mindset

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Visit assigned bank branches and partner institutions regularly

Generate and secure qualified merchant leads before competitors

Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively

Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore

Coordinate with Back Office, Bank, and Deployment teams

Build strong working relationships with branch staff and partner contacts

Convert partner-generated leads into successful merchant acquisitions

Collect merchant documents and onboarding requirements

Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments

Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
