Quantity Surveyor - Boralesgamuwa

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Quantity Surveyor to join our construction company. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing construction costs, preparing estimates, and supporting project management to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and project budgets.

* Measure quantities from drawings and site measurements.

* Prepare tender documents and assist in tender evaluations.

* Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or related field.

* Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction quantity surveying (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).

* Ability to read construction drawings and prepare BOQs.

* Knowledge of MS Excel and basic QS software is an advantage.
