We are hiring a MEP Quantity Surveyor to join Vivasa Lanka Pvt Ltd and support our HVAC / MEP project operations.
This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience on real MEP projects, including VRV systems.

✔ Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare MEP cost estimates, BOQs & quotations
• Support procurement and material coordination
• Track project costs and budgets
• Assist site teams in MEP execution
• Handle variations, payment certificates & project documentation

📌 Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in QS, MEP or related field
• Basic knowledge of piping, drainage & electrical/communication lines
• MEP QS experience is an advantage (freshers with MEP knowledge also considered)
• Willing to learn VRV / HVAC systems
• Good coordination & communication skills
