A leading Courier Service Company based in Colombo is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team.

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, and HR documentation

• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave systems

• Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies

• Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (experience in logistics/courier industry will be an advantage)

• Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
