
HR Executive
๐ผ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ : HR & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field (CIPM qualification is an advantage)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Good understanding of HR practices and local labour regulations
Strong honesty and integrity (especially with confidential information)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office
Male candidates are preferred

Assist with payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime)
Coordinate employee onboarding and inductions
Handle daily attendance and leave tracking
Assist in employee grievance handling and resolution of workplace concerns
Support employee welfare activities and general HR matters
Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
