The Role
We’re looking for a HR Executive who can attract, onboard, and retain top talent. You’ll work closely with management to build a high-performance workforce and support key HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Create attractive job posts and manage candidate pipelines.
* Conduct onboarding programs and coordinate training sessions.
* Maintain employee records and HR data accurately.
* Support HR initiatives for motivation, recognition, and culture.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of HR or recruitment experience (preferably in sales or service).
* Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using HR tools.
* Friendly, confident, and passionate about people and performance.
