Assist and coordinate the recruitment process
Maintain accurate employee records and proper documentation of HR files
Update and manage the HRIS system
Handle EPF/ETF documentation and other HR administrative functions
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities
Support employee engagement and HR communication initiatives
Full or part qualification in HRM / PQHRM or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fashion industry experience is an added advantage)
Knowledge of HR software will be an added advantage.

A positive attitude with a genuine interest in the fashion industry
