What You’ll Do

- Handle customer inquiries over phone with professionalism and care

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

- Maintain clear and effective communication in Sinhala and English

- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English

- Knowledge of Tamil will be a strong advantage

- Previous experience in Call Center or Customer Service is preferred but not essential

- Passed GCE A/L or O/L examinations

- Ability to work on a roster basis

- Based in Colombo or nearby areas

- Age 30 years or below

- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills

- School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply
