Job Title: Call Centre Agent

📍 Location: Colombo 10

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre team in Colombo 10.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

• Provide accurate information and support to customers

• Record customer details and update system records correctly

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate when necessary

• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements

• Male or female candidates are welcome

• Age below 30 years

• Must be living in Colombo or nearby areas (Colombo preferred)

• Good communication skills in Sinhala and/or English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work on a roster basis (day/night shifts if required)

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
