Fenix cars limited are currently looking for Taxi Controllers

Previous Call center experience would be a plus.

Training will be provided

The successful candidates must be-

•Polite and have a good telephone manner.

•Must be confident in communicating over the phone.(in ENGLISH)

• Able to understand British accent

•Common Sense of handling a situations

•Negotiation skills

•Computer literate and be able to work well under pressure.

•Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Quick learner

Key duties

- Reception duties.

- Making bookings with the customer.

- Monitoring the drivers.

•Immediate start available

Rates of pay to be discussed depending on the ability and the skills of the candidates.

•Full time
