Job Description – Malwana Branch (Book Keeper & Stock Maintenance)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounts
Record all cash, sales, and expense entries accurately
Handle filing, documents, and basic accounting tasks
Maintain stock records and update physical stock daily
Coordinate with the team for stock movements
Prepare simple daily and weekly reports
Job Description – Colombo 11 Branch (Online Stock Updating & Sales Support)
Key Responsibilities:
Update new stocks on the online platform
Maintain accurate stock entries in the system
Coordinate with the sales department for daily stock requirements
Support online sales operations by ensuring stocks are updated on time
Prepare daily stock and sales update reports
