A leading real estate company in Colombo 07 is seeking a highly organized and proactive Back Office and Admin Officer. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with a strong background in documentation management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Property Listings: Update and manage property listings regularly.
• Renewals and Payments: Track rental renewals, send reminders, and manage payment follow-ups.
• Documentation: Organize and manage company records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations and support team members as needed.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in documentation management or a similar role.
• Skills: Fluent in English with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred Candidate: Female, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and
efficiently.
