Job Summary:
A talented and proactive Social Media Admin to manage our online presence and engage with our audience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The role requires strong communication skills in English, with Tamil or Sinhala being an added advantage. This position is ideal for someone with a creative mindset and 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update Company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok)
Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand’s identity.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media performance and provide insights on engagement and growth.
Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling or related fields.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools(Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google, Gmail).
Strong communication skills in English.
Fluency in Tamil or Sinhala will be a distinct advantage.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM
Saturday: 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM
Location: Pettah, Colombo
