Job Summary
The Front Office/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires a professional, customer-oriented individual responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Answer and manage phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
Maintain and organize the front office and ensure it is presentable at all times.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability Handle customers
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
