【~】✪ Minimum 5 years of experience managing automobile workshops, with knowledge of machinery and vehicle systems.
【~】✪ Strong management, leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
【~】✪ Proficient in both English and Sinhala; solid working knowledge of MS Office.
【~】✪ Age between 30 – 45 years.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Plan and monitor daily operations, monitor technician productivity, and conduct technical training.
【~】✪ Manage employees, maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure timely vehicle handover.
【~】✪ Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety standards, and oversee spare parts knowledge.
【~】✪ Supervisory role in a leading, comprehensive vehicle service company in the Biyagama area.
✅ 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Attractive salary package (LKR 60,000 – 120,000) based on qualifications & experience.
【~】✪ Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
【~】✪ Leave Days: Monday and Poya day.
