💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Workshop Manager
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓Ｓ :
BSc Degree in Automobile Engineering / NDT / HNDA or equivalent qualification
Candidates with full-time training at CGTTI / Japan Tech, plus a Degree or Diploma in Business Management are also encouraged to apply
Minimum 10 years' experience in a reputed automobile workshop
Experience with a reputed agent of an internationally recognized automobile brand (highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of workshop operations, vehicle repairs and maintenance processes
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Sound knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Strong report writing and documentation skills
Ability to manage teams, meet targets and maintain service quality standards
Age between 35 – 40 years
Candidates residing in and around Colombo and suburbs are preferred

Oversee daily workshop operations, vehicle repairs, and maintenance processes
Manage and lead workshop teams to achieve performance targets
Ensure service quality standards are maintained at all times
Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation related to workshop activities
Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and resource allocation
Implement best practices for efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
