📌 Job Role – Wealth Planner:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Wealth Planner at AIA Sri Lanka in the Nugegoda Metro Distribution Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Identify customer needs and financial goals

▪️ Develop and provide suitable insurance and financial solutions

▪️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

▪️ Execute insurance strategies and provide excellent customer service

▪️ Conduct financial analysis and stay updated with industry trends

🎓 Qualifications:

▪️ G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (added advantage)

▪️ Experience in sales, marketing, financial planning, or wealth management will be an advantage

▪️ Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
