💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Proficiency in Written and Spoken English, with the ability to communicate using technical terminology
Should have completed the Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a reputed institution (City & Guilds / AETI / CGTI)
Must have experience in preparing technical reports for the purpose of claiming warranty from the principal
Knowledge of working on ERP / DMS Software
Should have strong knowledge about the warranty claim management
Minimum experience should be 5 years in the same position / similar capacity
Possess a Valid Driving License

Prepare technical reports for the purpose of claiming warranty from the principal
Manage warranty claim processes efficiently
Coordinate with principals and internal teams regarding warranty claims
Maintain accurate warranty documentation and records
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
Review and verify warranty claims for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with customers regarding warranty-related matters
Monitor and track warranty claim status and resolution
