We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Stores / Warehouse Manager to oversee and control inventory operations across multiple locations. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and team performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔Oversee warehouse and store operations across multiple locations
✔Ensure accurate stock management, inventory control, and system alignment
✔Monitor stock movement, transfers, and reconciliation between locations
✔Conduct regular audits and minimize stock discrepancies and losses
✔Implement and maintain strong inventory control systems and SOPs
✔Supervise and manage warehouse/store teams across locations
✔Coordinate with showroom, procurement, and operations teams
✔Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety standards are maintained
✔Analyze stock reports and provide insights to management
✔Drive efficiency, cost control, and process improvements
🔹 Requirements:
✔5–7 years of strong experience in warehouse/store management
✔Proven experience in handling multiple locations / branches
✔Experience in retail, fashion is highly preferred
✔Strong leadership and team management skills
✔Excellent knowledge of inventory systems, stock control, and audits
✔Good analytical and reporting skills
✔Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
✔Ability to work under pressure and manage operations independently
