Kitchen Helper

We are a Chinese restaurant located in the heart of Colombo, specializing in authentic Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with passionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our vision of delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities:

-Assist chefs in preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.

-Help with cooking basic dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.

Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized during meal preparation.

-Assist in managing kitchen supplies and inform the team of stock shortages.

-Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

-We are looking for a team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field. Experience in Chinese cuisine is a plus, but we are open to training motivated candidates.
