Hotel East Lagoon – Batticaloa is looking for friendly and energetic Waiters / Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while following hotel standards and management guidelines.
Requirements
1.Male / Female candidates
2.Age between 18 – 30 years
3.Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification
4.Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel as Waiter / Waitress
5.Ability to serve guests professionally
6.Friendly, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure
7.Basic knowledge of English (speaking & understanding)
8.Selected applicants will be required to strictly follow all rules, regulations, and policies of the Hotel Management
