【~】✪ Minimum 3 years experience in hotel, guesthouse or villa management.
【~】✪ Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or related field is preferred
【~】✪ 25 - 45 years old
【~】✪ Male/ Female
【~】✪ Employment for a long term basis
【~】✪ Ability to prepare Sri Lankan and international breakfast.
【~】✪ Good communication skills in English and other languages.
【~】✪ Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
【~】✪ Working Hours 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

【~】✪ Guest check-in & check-out
【~】✪ Communication and coordination with guests
【~】✪ Reservation management (Air BnB, Agencies, Mail & other)
【~】✪ Daily cash handling and maintaining basic financial records
【~】✪ Housekeeping and laundry management
【~】✪ Prepare simple, quality breakfast for guests.
【~】✪ Handle minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with service providers.
【~】✪ Keep track of household supplies and restock when needed.
【~】✪ Help promote guest satisfaction by encouraging positive reviews
【~】✪ General daily operation tasks
【~】✪ Oversee caretakers duties to maintain clean & tidy villa
