Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Certification in counseling or mental health support is preferred.

Previous experience working with students in a counseling or support role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to create a safe and supportive space for students.
