Responsibilities
- Provide on-site interpretation between Chinese management and local partners, dealers, suppliers.
- Translate sales contracts, quotations, product manuals, marketing posters and video subtitles.
- Accompany managers for business meetings, factory visits and exhibitions.
- Assist HR with interviews and translate company regulations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Sinhala (reading, writing & speaking).
- Prior business/automotive translation experience is preferred.
- Quick thinking for on-site interpreting, careful for written documents.
- Available for field trips and events in srilanka
3. Bilingual HR Executive (Mandarin Speaker Required)
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for sales, translators, showroom and workshop staff.
- Act as communication bridge between Chinese management and local employees.
- Manage staff onboarding, attendance, payroll, employment contracts and insurance.
- Organize staff training, handle employee inquiries and labor issues.
- Maintain personnel files and submit bilingual HR reports to headquarters.
Requirements
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory, fluent in English and Sinhala.
- Prior HR working experience, familiar with Sri Lanka local employment regulations.
- Experienced in recruitment, attendance management and payroll processing.
- Patient, organized, good coordination skills to communicate with Chinese management.
