Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and organizing tour itineraries.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant travel information.
• Coordinate with tour guides, transport providers, and accommodation services.
• Ensure smooth execution of tours and handle on-tour logistics.
• Support the marketing and promotion of tours and travel packages.
• Maintain accurate records of tour bookings and client details.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English.
Passion for travel and tourism.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and online booking platforms.
Educational background in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
