Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or above in Computer Hardware or an equivalent qualification.

Good understanding of computer hardware and basic software troubleshooting.

Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to work extended hours when required.
