Position Overview
We are looking for Trainee Electronic Engineers to support our product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and research & development activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders to gain hands-on experience working with real industrial electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing and validation of electronic products
- Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues
- Support product development and R&D activities
- Prepare test reports and technical documentation
- Assist in prototype assembly and verification
- Work with microcontroller-based systems (ESP32 / embedded platforms)
- Participate in continuous product improvement activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded systems
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and use basic test equipment (multimeter, power supply, etc.)
- Interest in product development and troubleshooting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Advantageous Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Arduino / Embedded programming experience
- PCB design knowledge
- Soldering and hardware debugging experience
- IoT or communication protocols knowledge
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary Range: LKR 45,000 – 80,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
