We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our business by providing critical insights into stock movements, sales performance, finance, and payroll.
Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and reporting on various business metrics, including stock levels, sales trends, financial performance, and payroll data. Your insights will help drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on stock movements, sales, financial transactions, and payroll.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior management to guide business decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Assist the finance department by providing detailed reports on revenue, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Support HR with payroll analysis, including tracking trends and ensuring accurate payroll reporting.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Statistics or Finance
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with financial and payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
