About the role
We are seeking motivated candidates, including school leavers, to join our customer service team. No prior experience is required.
Location : Battaramulla
Working Hours : 8.30 to 5.00 Mon. to Fri.
✔️ Responsibilities :
* Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records logs of customer interactions etc.
* General office documentation.
✔️Requirements:
* Age 18 -35
* Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L or A/L exams (School leavers are highly
encouraged to apply).
* Languages: Good communication skills in Sinhala & English
* Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
* Attributes: Friendly personality with a strong willingness to learn.
