Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Record customer details and update system records accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Follow company procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills.
Requirements:
• Passed GCE O/L (A/L qualification will be an added advantage).
• Fluent in English and Sinhala (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work on rotational shifts if required.
• Previous experience is not required. School leavers and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
