📌 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans to increase sales and brand visibility.

• Coordinate promotional campaigns with the sales team and distributors.

• Monitor the performance of trade promotions and prepare post-campaign reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.

• Ensure effective in-store branding, merchandising, and product displays.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

• Manage marketing materials and promotional budgets.

• Support product launches and trade events.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree or professional qualifications in Business Management, sales, Marketing or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer handling is an added advantage

• Good English communication skills. (Hindi speaking ability would be advantage)

• Sales, customer service, or social media marketing experience is preferred.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to complete daily tasks on time.

• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills

• Good Computer Knowledge

• Age between 20 -30 years

• Self-motivated, target-oriented & proactive in achieving goals

💰 Salary

💵 Around USD 400

Monthly (Based on experience & performance)
