Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
* Engage with online communities in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
* Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
* A goal-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for sales.
* Previous experience in Telesales, SaaS Sales, CRM, or related fields is an advantage, but not mandatory.
