Salary: LKR 70,000 – LKR 100,000 + Uncapped Incentives
Location: Colombo 03
Working Days: 6 days per week
(including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays roster basis)

We are looking for passionate, target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team immediately. Your job is to convince and close the sale. Should be comfortable working early morning shifts starting as early as 4.00 AM Sri Lanka time. (4.00 am to 1.00pm)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and follow-up calls to sell air tickets
Maintain professional and engaging conversations with potential customers
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or tele sales
Strong communication and convincing skills in English & Sinhala
Strong background in target-driven, incentive-based roles
A self-motivated team player with a proven track record in sales
