Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Dubai-based real estate company. From your remote location in Sri Lanka, you will generate leads, manage client calls, and convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone and email to promote real estate properties.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Provide detailed property information and answer inquiries.

Schedule virtual property viewings or meetings for prospective clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentives.

Requirements:

Looking for a Female (age between20 - 25)

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.

Working Hours:

Flexible, but must align with Dubai business hours.
