Tele-Sales Executive

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Tele-sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting, and closing sales over the phone.

Key requirements:

1. Fluency in English & Tamil is Mandatory or ability to speak any Indian languages will be an added advantage

2. Proficient in MS Office suite

3. Team player and able to work under pressure

4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi task with great follow-up skills

5. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes

6. Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage

7. Age 20 – 35 Years

Role and Responsibility:

1. Manage Inbound and outbound calls.

2. Enter and update customer information

3. Create a monthly summary sales report
