💠 REQUIREMENTS : | # 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :
【~】✪ Minimum NVQ Level 3 certification in Civil Construction / Construction Technology or a related field
【~】✪ Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and safety
【~】✪ At least 2 years of relevant work experience in civil construction, drafting, site supervision, or project support
【~】✪ Strong site coordination and inspection skills
【~】✪ Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software \
【~】✪ Good communication and reporting abilities
【~】✪ Good understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and standards
【~】✪ Ability to work in coordination with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
【~】✪ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
【~】✪ Practical knowledge in preparing and reviewing BOQs and BOMs
💠 RESPONSIBILITIES : | # 💠 JOB PROFILE :
【~】✪ Prepare, interpret, and update CAD drawings for civil works
【~】✪ Based at Rhino Product Ltd Factory, Ja Ela
【~】✪ Identify and define civil scope of projects with engineers and project teams
【~】✪ Part of the undisputed leader in Sri Lankan Hardware and Construction Industry
【~】✪ Prepare, review, and maintain BOQs and BOMs
【~】✪ Supporting sustainable development in environment, people, and products
【~】✪ Provide technical oversight of civil works to ensure compliance
【~】✪ Contributing to development, manufacturing, and marketing of leading brands
【~】✪ Conduct site inspections for customer complaints and provide recommendations
【~】✪ Report findings and assist in corrective actions
【~】✪ Perform civil drafting duties including shop drawings and as-built drawings
【~】✪ Maintain accurate technical documentation and records
【~】✪ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for project execution
